projects are owned and operated by our Affiliates.
Integris Roofing Services is a family of Owner/Operators
passionate about satisfying our customers, growing our business, making money
and having fun.
Owning an Integris Affiliate is a tremendous opportunity. We are seeking individuals with significant
business experience who have successfully owned or managed roofing and
construction companies and we are also seeking entrepreneurs with a proven
track record in business development. When
you become a part of the Integris franchise, you’re part of one of the most
recognized brands in quality roofing, and you’ll get the support and experience
that comes with it.
Integris Roofing Affiliates are the heart of our company. Over the last 20+ years we have learned a
thing or two about roofing, documentation, financial controls, customer
service, etc. We developed our Affiliate
Program to share this knowledge with you. The Affiliate Program enables you to grow
under the Integris Roofing Services brand name.
And under the consolidated power of the shared brand identity all of us
become more strong. If you qualify as an affiliate, then Integris
will make all of our programs, certifications, materials and business processes
available to you. You will in essence
become Integris Roofing. Integris Roofing Affiliates enjoy many

Affiliate Expectations
The founders of Integris grew the company to $7,000,000 in top
line sales within 3 years. Our National
Sales team expects that our Affiliates experience similar success. We will work with you for three years to get
your operation to a minimum of $3,000,000 in sales. We expect that after three years your office
will sustain the Affiliate level of participation at a minimum year after
year. Additional incentives exist for
offices that become National Marketing Offices ($5,000,000+) and Executive
Marketing Offices ($7,000,000+). For
example we staff each National Marketing Office with a full time sales officer
and each Executive Office has their key people listed on our website with
contact info (i.e. more leads).
Becoming an Affiliate
Most Affiliates enter the Integris Family by purchasing an
available territory or by partnering with an existing Affiliate in an existing
territory. At this time you cannot
purchase or enter into the Integris Roofing network by purchasing another
current Integris Affiliate. Your
application and interview must be conducted by Integris Roofing’s National
Sales Director.
The financial requirements vary depending on each potential
Affiliate’s situation and the territory they expect to operate in.
Financial Requirements/Down Payment
An initial down payment is required when your Affiliate
application is approved. The down payment must come from non-borrowed personal
resources, which include cash on hand; securities, bonds, and debentures;
vested profit sharing (net of taxes); and business or real estate equity,
exclusive of your personal residence.
Since the total cost varies from region to region, the minimum
amount for a down payment will vary. Generally, we require a minimum of $25,000 of
non-borrowed personal resources to consider you for a franchise. Individuals with additional funds may be
better prepared for additional or multi-region opportunities.
In addition you must be able to maintain $5,000 - $15,000 of
monthly reserves for operations based on the region you select.
Ongoing Fees
During the term of our affiliation, you pay Integris the
following fees:
Service fee: a monthly fee based upon the office’s sales
performance (currently a service fee of 10.0% of monthly gross profits). This covers access to our documents, servers,
administrative support, access to our buying collective, government programs,
marketing, sales training, and sales support and brand development.
Commissions: Integris maintains a national sales office where
we can assist in everything from lead generation to estimating, closing a sale
to project management. Depending on the
level of involvement that you request from us will determine a commission due
to Integris.
Optional Marketing Fee:
from time to time the Affiliates can vote on optional marketing
campaigns. If the vote goes through each
affiliate may be assessed up to $1000 to contribute to a national sales effort
(i.e. a commercial, a booth at a Roofing conference, etc.)
