The Integris Roof Registry™ is a roof maintenance and warranty program that aims at keeping your investment safe. By joining our Roof Registry you will create a certified record of your roof's condition, maintenance and warranty. In the event of an insurance claim, Integris will present your certificate to the insurance company and the adjuster. The photo log will verify the condition of your roof prior to the storm and our certification will verify that you have completed all the requisite maintenance on your roof. The insurance company will have a tough time depreciating your roof and an even tougher time not funding you with every penny you are owed.
Our program will provide:
- A review of your roof and recommended maintenance issues
- A photo log of your roof and its components
- A maintenance log of any and all work done to your roof
- Warranty extensions – providing for labor and material coverage, even when the insurance company won’t.
- Significant discounts on roof repairs and replacements
- Emergency storm services
- Priority Call listing whenever a storm does hit.
- And a roof certificate that we can present to most major insurers including*

REGISTRANT EXPECTATIONS
Registering your roof is equivalent to having your car tuned up. When we are requested to do an inspection you can expect a few things to happen.
1.An Integris representative will meet you at your location to review the process.2.Typically the roof is inspected and a report is made highlighting concerns and providing key data that you need to have on file.
3.We then suggest a series of maintenance items for you to consider and document them.
4.After the items are completed, we take pictures of your roof, attachments, valleys, penetrations, drainage, and other components. This data is used to create a certificate of inspection.
5.Every year thereafter we come out review the roof and update our registry.
6.Based on the status of your roof we may offer you a warranty or offer to extend your warranty. All Integris Roofing Services™ warranties will cover MATERIALS AND LABOR.
7.You will have a certification log for your roof and online access to our system where you can review your file.
8.We keep you updated with key weather events that may trigger an insurance claim – or potentially void a manufacture warranty.
9.We contact your insurer and notify them that your roof has been certified and provide them in advance a status report. (Many don’t want them, but once we send it, we have proof that they were aware of your roofs condition).
10.If a storm hits, we will be there with you when your roof is adjusted and help ensure you get the most out of your policy.
BECOMING REGISTERED
Very simple, email us or request a quote and we will respond as soon as possible. You can email us directly at info@integrisprojects.comFINANCIAL REQUIREMENT
Typically the cost of the registration is set to the price of your deductible. It is a one-time fee that you pay to cover the registration. However it does serve another purpose, in the event that you do have an insurance claim in the near future, we apply your fee to the deductible! If you have any maintenance issues that require attention, then the cost of the repairs is also adjusted to the fee (we offer a significant credit on all repairs for registered roofs). Finally if you elect to have the roof warranted or the current warranty extended, then there is a fee for that as well. We currently offer warranty extensions for 1, 3, and 5 years.ONGOING FEES
During the term of your registration, you pay Integris the following fees:Service fee: An annual fee to maintain and service the roof: power wash, inspect drains, and make simple repairs. We charge on a cents per foot basis or $300 whichever is higher.
Non-Scheduled Repairs: In the event that damage occurs to your roof outside of what is covered in our maintenance agreement or your warranty, we will issue you a repair estimate. We will use our preferred pricing for materials and labor to keep the cost as low to you as possible.
